When you use this site (order form, Smart Consultant, or client portal) we collect: your name, phone, email, and the content of your enquiries. The legal bases are consent and contract performance. We collect only the minimum needed to provide the service.
When you start a live voice call, the browser sends microphone audio to xAI for at most 3 minutes so the agent can answer. We do not keep the recording on our servers. If the call cannot start, contact us by the email below.
To contact you, create your digital team, provide our services, and send invoices. Your enquiries may be processed automatically through third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini and Moonshot) to generate responses; this is transient processing — we never sell your data or use it for marketing.
Notice: data (conversations and uploaded files) is processed by AI providers whose servers are located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Transfers outside the Kingdom: we transfer personal data outside KSA only as needed to provide the service and in line with the PDPL and its Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom. Safeguards: (1) minimisation, as phone numbers, emails, national/iqama IDs and IBANs are automatically masked before any text is sent to AI providers and restored locally in the reply; (2) encryption in transit (TLS); (3) processing terms with providers that bar use of the data for their own purposes under their business terms; (4) defined retention periods. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating the service, with consent where required. We assessed the risk of each transfer and review it periodically.
After cancellation, conversations and files are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Invoices and payment records are retained as required by ZATCA. You may request deletion of your data at any time, except invoices and payment records.

The document-pack page accepts a spreadsheet or a brief and builds a report, an Excel file and a slide deck. The upload and the result stay in server memory for thirty minutes so the download can finish, then they are deleted. We do not use these files to train models, and we email them only to the email on the client's own account when they build the pack from the portal on an active subscription. You can ask for deletion via the data deletion instructions.
We use only essential cookies: to remember your language choice and the owner's session. No advertising tracking.
